From November 8 to November 10, 2023, Rapitrad CEO will act as an expert for the LIND – Language Industry Experts Group at the European Commission
This is not the first time that Mirko Silvestrini participates in TEF and this year he will be called again to represent the European Commission’s Language Industry Expert Group in Brussels – LIND, as EUATC Ambassador to the European Commission. The presence of our CEO at TEF is a source of pride for our company, called to represent not only Italy, i.e. the UNILINGUE Italian Association, but to provide a strategic and authoritative vision on the professional and non-academic translation industry.
As it does every year, the Translating Europe Forum brings together industry and academic professionals from across Europe-university professors, translators, Language service providers and students-who will receive interesting insights on how to achieve excellence in translation. Participants-more than a thousand in attendance and as many connected remotely – will be able to listen to authoritative speakers who will discuss the world of translation from different perspectives, such as: skills, training, quality management, and technologies, and then analyze the evolution of the profession over the past 10 years and future prospects.
